I have a school dance coming up, and I'm doing my own makeup. Any advice?

I wouldn't go with ALL colors that match your dress. I would put the silver on your lid, a gray or black in your crease and outer v. And a matte white on your inner corner and brow bone. And if you really want purple, then you can put it just under your lower lashes to look a little edgy and above the black you put in your crease and smoke it out to give it depth. And then a lengthening mascara and a light blush cause you have a dramatic eye. And lips, just do a pinkish lip gloss. And obviously put on foundation and concealer. Put the concealer and foundation after your eye makeup cause black tends to have fallout.
