What do you use on your hair that you think helps with growing your hair long? ( products/ or any tips)

Sally's Beauty Supply has extensions. Have your hair layered and then clip in extensions until your hair is your desired length.. Eat high protein foods, fruits, and veggies (your hair will grow long and healthy). Hope this helps :-)

Take biotin and keep you hair in good condition- deep condition and do protein treatments weekly and get your ends trimmed monthly you'll be suprised how much fast you'll notice it. Although really other than biotin and eating a high protein diet not much else stimulates hair growth enough to actually make a difference & hair will only grow 1/2 inch to an inch a month no matter what! But if you cut your damaged ends off monthly you'll have a lot of healthy hair and you'll split ends won't break off so you'll see/notice your hair growth so much more, also this will prevent breakage going all the way up the hair shaft! xx

Curry leaves with coconut oil, onion shampoo, birth control shampoo and Rosemary water. These all work. They may sound strange but they work. :)

@Marne M. what do you mean by birth control shampoo? I'm intrigued!

The birth control shampoo my mom uses. You have to crush like 6-10 pills and add it into your shampoo. My moms hair grew beautifully. I noticed after two weeks it looked great :) try it. Unlike the Onion Shampoo where you have to wait 15 days for it to be used, birth control shampoo can be used the same day it was made :)

Biotin supplements or prenatal vitamins. Coconut oil! Refrain from heat styling and only get dustings at the salon!

Biotin is the best bet though because that is what makes certain people's hair the way it is! I have always had long hair that has stayed in good condition despite what I did to it and it grows super fast... Because I naturally have high biotin levels! Be sure not to use hair treatments with too much protein because that can damage your hair! Also, your hair can only be as healthy as it is as soon as it comes out of your head, your can't turn around damage! Also when using oils and then adding heat to penetrate the shaft, be sure the oil isn't too too heavy of an oil because the heat can cause the oil to cool your hair and damage it terribly! That happened with me with an olive oil treatment!

Birth control shampoo?! It kind of makes sense-hormones and all-but it's also one of the strangest things I've ever heard of! Where do you get these pills? I'm not judging btw, I'm just fascinated.

I grew mine with Biotin, coconut oil about once, cut back on the washing & stopped all heat (no more blow drying or flatironing). You don't need to get many trims if you do all that, as your ends won't be damaged. A dusting about every 4 to 6 months is all I need and I never see split ends or damage. My hair's halfway down my back now & my hairdresser can't believe how healthy it is. I get it highlighted every 8 weeks--the only nasty thing I do to it.
