How do I keep my mascara and eyeliner from smudging under my eyes as the day goes on?

You can use an eye primer before applying your eye makeup...a good one to try is urban decay.

Yes eye primer nd concealer too urban decay is good or you can use nyx eye shadow base in milk or whatever color eyeliner your using.

Waterproof mascara. Loreal Voluminous is awesome! I use a liquid eyeliner on my bottom...but I use a specific one that doesn't sting my eyes.
or set your eyeliner with a matte eyeshadow over it(:

You can also'set' both your mascara and eyeliner with eyeshadow powder which will help it last longer. Waterproof eyeliner like urban decay or the ones available from rimmel should stay put

You need to use waterproof mascara and liner,they don't smudge,especially Avon - SuperShock Gel Eyeliner Pencil,that liner stays in place all day :)
