I get enough sleep. I have tried concealer and foundation they cover up the circles but make my eyes look puffy.

Maybe before use the mac eye gel apparently it really helps with puffiness as it has got caffeine in it.

Maybe try benefit's eye product and use a concealer for your eyes with a certain pigment... to get rid of purple veins I think it's a slightly yellow concealer you'd want.

Use a corrector under your foundation. I used orange lipstick (which counteracts blue) under my eyes and on my hyper pigmentation on my skin and that alone reduced them dramatically (90% on under eyes, 50% on hyperpigmentation) before I even I put on my foundation.

Never put anything on your eyes that's not meant for your eyes, the skin on our eyes is very sensitive, sephora has a concealer pallet that has concealer corrector with it, you should invest in one and try each one out, try mixing it as well to get the coverage you need, hope it works for you.

@Rafiana M. - I try to only use vegan products . I have yet to find a vegan corrector. Also, I have had no issues and many MA's use lipstick as a corrector.

Do you drink enough water? Sometimes dehydration can be the culprit when it comes to serious darkness.

Pixi has a great under eye corrector (and its less expensive than Bobbi Brown) that I use under my foundation. It's a salmon color which counteracts the blue circles. Then I use maybelline' instant eye rewind under eye brightener because its slighter more flesh toned. I use thy over my foundation and then set it with a powder.

Use cucumber, tea bags or just ice on the eyes. Drink a lot of water. In the morning splash your eyes with cold water at least 10 times. If these don't help use clinique's all about eyes serum.

You need to use a corrector in the opposite color ( blue circles-pink corrector,redness-green corrector),that will neutralize the area you want cover, and than over that you can put Maybelline Instant Eye Rewind,it is really great,I'm using it also.I have problem with under eye puffiness also :/ It is very important to use concealer in your skin color, because if you use a lighter concealer, you will emphasize even more that puffiness...You can also put a little bit lighter (up to two shades lighter) concealer in the the small line that makes dark circles even more visible,I drew it for you in the picture :) I hope that will help you :)
