I've heard that Maybelline fit foundation is very good and works good for dry and combination skins.

If you can pay a little more you shoud try Mac, I use studio fix fluid NC25 and you can really see the yellow under tone in it. This one is great for oily skin and has a super mate finish.

Loreal tru match has a pretty good selection of yellow based foundation.
