I dont often wear makeup but I still clean my brushes regulary. I wash them in water with baby shampoo, make sure theyre thouroughly rinsed, reshape if needed against a bit of kitchen paper and hang upside down on one of those sock airer things (sorry can't think of the name if it lol) to dry. stops the water from going into the brush handle which can damage them.

Stacy, I like that way to dry the brushes. Never would of thought of that. I use Sephora or Elf brand brush cleaner.

We have a great article here that explains how to properly clean brushes : http://www.beautylish.com/a/vxrpv/proper-brush-cleaning-techniques.

Put baby oil on a cotton or a tissue paper, wipe brush on it. Or put your brush on a bowl with warm water and baby shampoo. Put them over a towel to dry, I sometimes blow dry them just to make sure it dry well.

I typically just use gentle makeup remover wipes! Just brush over the wipes like you would on your skin. Make sure they're completely dry to keep them in good condition.

Run the bristles under warm water and hang it to dry! Do not use towels! Try paper towels if you want them dry fast. Hope that helped :) xo Carabelle.
