Can anyone reccomend a brand of makeup that is good for fussy eyes?
Mine always smudge and run, no matter what I do. By the end of the day it looks like I've been crying or beaten up!

I have the same problem! I haven't found any eyeshadow that won't cease or smudge from my tears but what I do is I use smashbox face primer on my lids and mac prolong wear concealer and it makes my eyemakeup last all day.

Yes, eye primer helps. If your on a budget ELF's primer is pretty good.

Prime your eyes and before applying your shadow, apply some translucent loose powder on your lids.
