The best makeup artist in my opinion is Emma Pickles, because her videos are really short and to the point and she's gorgeous and has amazing skills!
I also love vintage or tacky, petrilude (not sure if he still uploads though) and klairdelysart.
If you also want someone with a "personality" who does more than tutorials, macbarbie07, beautybaby44 and eleventhgorgeous are very popular. My personal favorite is Amarixe, though.
