Emilynoel87. Hands down the most informative, doesn't have any bias based on products given to her vs products she spends with her own money. She had hundreds upon hundreds of videos based on any type of makeup brand, tutorial, review, hair, you name it! And honestly I don't get annoyed by her like some other superficial "beauty gurus" on YouTube.
