Using makeup how could I make my cheekbones stand out more? I have small cheekbones but would love then to look more enhanced.

You can use a bronzer under the cheekbones and a hilighter on top.

Apply some bronzer under the cheekbones which will help define it. After apply a blush from the apple of your cheeks and back and after a highlight (:

Since you have light skin I would go with a non shimmer medium tone bronzer. Benefit hoola bronzer would work great since it's matte. Make sure to use a smaller contouring brush to really get a small detailed contour since you have small cheeck bones. Adding a pinky toned highlight above the cheeck bones like benefit high beam will add a natural glow and add more dimension to your face!

Contouring!! But I heard that using a one shade lighter that your usual concealer works too when you apply it on your cheek bones! :) and ofcourse.. highlighter! :)
