Need help applying Eyeliner.

I have a hard time applying eyeliner w/out needing pulling my skin. I know it's bad for you b/c it stretches your skin but I don't know any other way.
any suggestions?

Are you using the pencil? That is the only time I have heard of people doing that. If so maybe try liquid or a gel.
