Hmm ok..
I usually use a face wipe, I do not wash my face in the morning 99% of the time, only at night
maybe witch hazel toner, maybe not.. it takes off my tan
moisturizer
mac paint pot as shadow primer
I do my eyes, minus mascara - that is the last thing I do!
the face routine varies depending on what products I'm using. if you use bb cream, real bb cream, you do not want to use primer!! it IS primer, and using another primer under it will block the skincare benefits. however, drugstore bb creams are more like tinted moisturizers so you can use a primer under those. so I'll list my routine with bb cream, then without.
WITH bb cream:
bb cream
mac pro longwear concealer (best ever!), sometimes i use maybelline dream lumi in radiant under my eyes
mac powder
WITHOUT bb cream:
primer
concealer (sometimes both, mac plus maybelline under my eyes)
foundation
(I rarely go this route, honestly. I don't need heavy coverage, I don't have acne or much to cover up, just a bit of redness, and the bb cream does the trick)
from there, I apply blush, then bronzer, then a highlighter
I do my brows (either fill in or just use clear mascara to hold them in place)
mascara, lips
I sometimes use fix+, sometimes use victorias secret anti-shine mattifying gel, sometimes benefit's the porefessional(I've never used this as a primer, only on top of my makeup to hide any pores in spots I can still see them)
I think that's it!

1. Wash and exfoliate (if necessary)
2. Toner
3. Argan oil (on cheeks only since they're quite dry)
4. Moisturizer
5. Face primer (if I'm not using a legit BB Cream)
6. Tinted moisturizer or BB Cream
7. Concealer (if necessary)
8. Eye primer
9. Eyeshadow and waterline eyeliner
10. Setting powder
11. Brow pencil and powder
12. Mascara
13. Blush (and highlighter/contour on occasion)
14. Lip product(s)
15. Liquid liner on top lash line (I always do this step in my car while I'm waiting for it to warm up, which is know is weird.)
This is the most makeup I'll ever wear and I always do it in this order. I've got my routine down to a science at this point!
