Try putting a spoon in the freezer and then hold it on your eye area and cucumbers work well also chamomile tea bags!

You can get a gel eye mask that you put in the freezer or fridge. I have had several and I love them. I used to get very bad allergies so my eyes would be swollen and irritated and I also get migraines from time to time. Putting the eye mask on feels sooo good. It will refresh and bring down any swelling/inflammation. I recommend just keeping it in the fridge permanently so its always ready to go when you need it. Or put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

I use the Therapearl Eye-ssential mask and I love it. Same Idea as what Caitlin M has going on. Also on occasion I do the chamomile tea bag thing.
