Lmaoooo :) well get a spoon and hold it in your neck ( or where you have the hickey) for 1:00. minute that will help I think

"comb it out" I find the most effective way is kind of raking your fingers over the hicky or scratch at it, without nails but your finger tips... it hurts, but it has worked the best for me.
you're lucky it's winter, you can wear a scarf or turtleneck and not look nuts!
