I have really thin lips, especially when I smile! How can I make them bigger without fillers or surgery?!

Make your own lip plumper or buy some (yes they do have it)
DIY:
Mix a scoop of sugar with a little bit of water until you get a paste like feel. Add a little bit of toothpaste also but make sure you still have a lot of sugar.
Then you just dip your index finger and rub in circular motions on your lips do this in the mornings for three minutes then was with cold water. Do the same at night but wash with lukewarm-hot water.
Throughout the day just constantly bite your lips add some pressure (not only does this make them bigger as it gets blood to your lips but it also makes them red)

Yep exfoliate your lips a lot because it brings blood to your lips as it increases circulation.
