I haven't personally used to Kat Von D lock it tattoo foundation but have heard so much from it with no complaints so that's defiantly on my list next. Currently using the makeup forever hd foundation but it causes breakouts, so not the one for you. But if you want a full coverage I'd say the lock it one. It's around 39 at Sephora.
