I say keep your makeup clean and crisp, you wouldn't want to scare your crush with over the top makeup.
As for hair maybe keeping it down would be better as for the day dance song it's more fun to let you're hair flow.
Try not to dance with to many guys a you want your crush to know you are interested in him.

If your going to dance with other guys make sure your crush don't mind because if he likes you back (which I'm guessing he does) then you don't want to make him jealous, because that could annoy him and he may not bother (this is what I know from my own personal experiences) but as your young don't worry about it too much x

I recommend you to be with him for the night because he did ask you to go with him. So he is basically your date!! Do loose curls because it's cute and flirty. For makeup I agree with Christine but if you want put some blush, top eyeliner and mascara. Good luck!!(:
