I also went through this faze of wanting to be shorter. I was growing faster than all my other friends then pretty soon got taller than my boyfriend! I was upset for a while then I realized how lucky I was to be tall before my friends were. Study's how if you are short now you will be WAY tall later on in life. If you are tall now you will be pretty much shorter than your other friends because they didn't grow till later on in life therefore they will probably be the tall ones later! Hope it helped!

My sister was super super tall when she was your age but she stopped growing before everyone else and now she's just avarage size doe someone her age (17) so maybe the same thing will happen to you

Don't worry about wanting to be short or tall. I used to want to be short, but I grew a few inches, and I'm fairly tall now. I'm totally happy with my height (5'7 at 14) and I'm sure you'll be happy no matter what happens. :)

5 foot 4 is not tall I promise you! I'm 5'7 and I'm considered average, you have probably just grown before all of your friends, and being tall is a good thing :)

I'm 5'7 and 19 and my bf is just as tall as me. trust me height doesn't matter as much as you think it does. I've seen beautiful short girls and beautiful tall girls. guys aren't going to go for a girl based on height lol. not that you should base anything on what men think :p.

Oh gosh I would trade anything to be a few more inchess taller. You shouldnt stop getting taller. If you got it flaunt it, lol. just work it! It sucks being so short!! Its embarassing that I'm 21 and a 5 flat. Yeah I'm that short I'm asian so.. Just embrace you height! :)
