I was wondering if there was any way to grow a longer nail bed. my nail beds are pretty short and I've been trying to make them longer. does anyone know any methods for a longer nail bed?

I have heard massage helps. although I am not sure if there is much you can do! I have short nail beds too.

Pushing back your cuticles and cutting them? And also do t cut your nails too short or bite them.
