I been using the flat top foundation brush from e.l.f. I like it so far.

Even though you're looking for a flat top I highly suggest Sephora's #45 brush, even though it doesn't say for liquid foundation. I guess UD's brush is similar and $1 cheaper.

It's not a brush, but there's a lot of buzz about the Beauty Blender sponge applicator. Supposedly it's better than a brush.
Haven't tried it yet. For $3 or so you really can't beat e.l.f, though.

I just use my fingers to blend. My foundation has a twist up brush to apply to my skin, but should I be blending liquid foundation with a brush and not my fingertips?

@jay m.- I think it just depends on the type of foundation youre using. like...I prefer to blend out my tarte amazonian clay foundation with a brush in a buffing motion because it makes my skin look flawless, and I would rather use my fingers to easily blend lighter foudations like covergirl natureluxe or loreal true match onto my skin.

I use sigma f80 which is my all time favorite but the elf brush looks similar if you're looking for something cheaper
