Biotin pills and prenatal! don't use mane and tail- it gives your hair a straw-like texture. wash your hair every 2-4 days and shampoo only your scalp and condition from the ear down. use no heating tools on your hair and don't color it. flip your head over for 2-3 minutes and massage your scalp daily -increases the healthy oils in your hair. try to use your fingers instead of a brush. eat a lot of protein and iron rich foods. Do olive oil, honey, and egg yolk hair masks once a week. I have done this for six months and my hair has grown from above my boobs to my hip bones (:

I don't know if really helps hair grow or not, but it will sure make it soft; try massaging coconut oil into your hair once a week, leave it in for about half an hour and wash it really well or it will look greasy. Best of luck!

I purchased a shampoo at Sally's beauty supply called Folicure. Me and my daughter have been using it for about 3 or 4 weeks now and I've noticed both of our hair is a lot longer..

Biotin, prenatal, folic acid, onion shampoo, rosemary water, rosemary and almond oil shampoo, tying your hair before bed, drinking plenty of water, not washing hair everyday. Don't brush while wet, stay away from blow dryers and straighteners. Coconut oil with curry leaves, trim hair every 3-4 months.
