Depends on your mood!
I can see Rocker - simple T (w/ slight tuck-in), black boots/booties, motorcycle/leather jacket (roll up the sleeves & show off badass arm candy), hair in a teased high ponytail to show off statement earrings, bold lip.
OR
downtown sweetheart - lace/ruffle top in a simple silouhuette & color, brown leather belt, hair down, flats or wedges, peachy blush. But, again, depends on your mood.
