So I've been looking for black eyeliners that aren't too expensive, but they always seem to smear :/
Do you ladies have any suggestions? :)

I swear by the Rimmel London Exaggerate eyeliner. It stays on forever and glides on super easily. Also, there's a really good liquid liner from Jordana that I love and it's only about $3.

I'm using Tonymoly gel eyeliner named party lover gel eyeliner from South Korea. This is really famous in Korea because it's really cheap but great!

Milani Liquid'ye Eyeliner Pencil and NYX slide on pencil are in expensive and work excellent!
