I know that my makeup won't look exactly how it did at 6a.m but by the time school is donemy redness shows through, any tips? Setting sprays?

The same thing often happens to me!! it sucks:(
but I can see if this will help you out!! if youre in high school and you have to have gym class or something that makes you sweaty, I would keep a setting powder and oil blotting wipes in my purse. then you can blot away some of the oil and dirt and the powder will freshen up your face. also, I would get a setting spray, try urban decay's all nighter! if you have oily skin, or dry skin they also make ones specially for that. and finally, I use smashbox's green primer! it helps a lot with the redness on my face since green contradicts red on the color wheel. you wear it under foundation and it really helps it last! good luck and hope I helped:)

Mac has a great setting spray and so does Urban Decay. You could also use a primer.

Use a primer! For your face, and eye shadow. Urban decay has a few great makeup setting sprays. You can even use an eyelash primer! Lip primer, they make primers for every thing!(: set your make up with a matte powder foundation. It will keep your skin less shiny, and help your makeup last longer. Powder will also hold your make up in place, and reduce smudging.

Urban decays all nighter setting is spray is AMAZING! I can take a nap after wearing my makeup for hours and it still looks great! I also use a primer though

It's almost impossible to keep our makeup from smearing through out the day so sometimes it helps to re-apply or re-set your makeup with a translucent powder throughout the day (a mattifying one if possible) :) Keep some handy your bag or backpack, and carry a travel-sized brush. When your skin starts to feel oily, just apply a bit on troubled areas, the powder will help absorb the excess oil. Oil does tend to make our makeup smear a bit, so what I would also suggest to control the oil is get some oil-blotting sheets. All you do is dab it around oily areas and the sheet just takes it right up! And try applying a moisturizer before you put on anything. It's important to moisturize EVEN if you have oily skin :) It keeps your skin in balance, as well as creating a smoother canvas for your makeup and in effect will have your makeup lasting much longer. Also, try looking at the type of brand (s) you are using. Do you notice that there are certain ones tend to last longer or ones that don't? Some drugstore makeup are great, and some can wear of very easily even with a good primer! And it helps to use products that are oil-free as well (: Also make sure to use a face primer, it will help the makeup stick and stay in place on your face as well as a setting spray. <3

Hope this helped! xo Anh @ (youtube.com/stantonfashionclub)
