I sooo wanna wear eyeliner under my bottom lash line but it makes me look sooo much darker and it makes my eye bag area look way dark. What shall I do?? How do you girls apply this??

Apply on your water line and only line half way on some people lining your eyes all the way make your eyes look darker and smaller.

Eek. Normally, for a natural look, the water line is the best place to put it. Or like directly directly directly above the bottom lashes. But, also, if your bags or circles are maybe a little darker and harder to cover, just put mascara on the bottom. Putting eyeliner on the bottom can highlight the dark circles under your eyes, definitely. Good luck!

Sometimes I use my smudge brush and line half of my lower lash line with a darker eyeshadow. That way it's a softer look and if you mess up its easier to wipe away.

I'd recommend using a soft brown eye liner pencil and smudge it to make it more natural and not too defined :)
