Any eye makup tricks that can make my eyes pop and appear bigger?

Black eye pencil on your top water line helps, and some woman use white liner on their bottom water line to help make their eyes pop and appear lager I've never tried it, but I've seen it on YouTube. I've tried the black eye pencil on my top waterline under the lashes and it works wonders for me!!

Yea I usally put liner at the top. I'm going to try the white liner at the bottom.

No liner on the water lines!! It's so old fashioned and looks a bit weird I think. Try experimenting with the classic four colour eye with a flicky back eyeliner. I have tiny eyes and my friend says he can see them getting bigger and bigger as I apply. Put your medium colour all over the lid. Darker colour along the lash line top and bottom and into the crease and at the outer corner of your eye blended in. Darkest colour just at the at the outer corner. Lightest colour in the inner corner. Then a sweep of flicky black liquid liner x
