Hey guys and gals, I've been using the same lotion for years and never had a problem with it (Palmers cocoa butter), I've also been using the same face cleanser brand (St Ives) since I can remember. Both have never caused me any problems what-so-ever, I have combo skin and it's also very sensitive. But now my lotion is burning my skin and leaving a slight rash and it ends up feeling quite tender. I'm in the process of researching new products to try but I'd love your opinions on skin care for my skin type, preferably drugstore brands because here in NZ, US etc "drugstore" brands are like our high end brands and I'm a poor student haha. I've stopped using my lotion for the time being and my cleansers definitely aren't the problem, so any suggests are much appreciated (: Thank you lovelies x

Any clinique products! That brand is like the only brand I've used that doesn't irritate my skin.

I have that exact same skin type and I order my skin products online at Chagrin Valley Soap. Their products last forever and are all natrual and smell wonderful. Some of their products are a little expensive, but I bought the Shea Rose and Pink Clay complexion bar. It helped a lot with some of my acne. My face also get dry, so I ordered their whipped squalane face and eye mousse. It did get a little heavy on my skin but I dilute it with coconut oil. You can buy a huge jar at the grocery store, and refined coconut oil doesn't smell like coconuts. I usually just melt a little oil between my hands then a tiny tiny amour of the face lotion and rub it on my face. Its really nice and I love their products. If you buy the sample sizes they last about 1 1/2-2 1/2 months :)
