So my friend and I are trying to start making a YouTube channel and a blog but we just can't seem to get work done. Especially since she's graduating this year and she has night school do you have any tips on how we could actually get some work done.( we already have name) thanks.

First come up with ideas you can write then down in your phone. Then when you have free time (if you have blogger) type up as many posts as you can and on the side you can schedule when you want the post to be published so you can have it timed and not have to go on for a while.
