I am not very good at choosing good looks for myself, does anyone have any advice for good makeup/ hair styles? (My hair is pretty short, just under my chin)

Hmm, you are lovely as is. Love the way you did your eyes in your profile pic! You have great eyebrows. Maybe a little blush to highlight your strong cheekbones. A style that you can try is finger waves like from the twenties. Look up rene zellweger in chicago. You have the face to pull it off. :)

You have a face that could pull anything off. You have nice cheeks for some light blush. Thin lips so the sky is the limit color wise. And you have beautiful deep set eyes so you don't even need anything more to pull off something simple.

I agree with the girls above. Some blush would look beautiful and a soft pink lip but you can really wear w.e color youd like. At Sallys they sell a tinted lip balm if your not used to wearing lipstick and thats a nice start. its by Pallido and I can post a pic if you'd like, moisturing and has a nice tint. and your hair...have you ever tried flaring it out? it wouldnt take long since your hair is short but it would be a nice change(:
