How to apply foundation with out making it oily because mine always comes out oily and I wanna stop it!! Please help me.

If You Use A Foundation Such As Chanel or Mac or even Revlon color stay foundation you will get a matte finish and if its still a tad bit oily use a setting powder in your t zone (:
