Pour some extra virdin olive oil in a bowl and put your hands in for about 2 minutes. it helps me :)

The only way I got mine to grow was to get a strengthening polish and leave it on reapply. I leave mine on for a few days and take it all off scrub my nails clean them and treat them with cuticle oil then reapply polish. My nails are very long and many people compliment me for it.
