I take biotin and my hair and nails grow like crazy. I also put olive oil on my ends for my hair to soak up and just leave my hair in a braid most days unless I'm going somewhere and my hair feels thicker as well as healthier and is growing faster too :)

You should try Folic Acid. It does wonders as well.

I take prenatal vitamins. I'm not pregnant btw. They're really just like everyday vitamins but with more folic acid to help your hair and nails grow. I also use almond oil on my nails and sometimes hair. Just try to keep your hair and nails healthy (no heat, perming, shellac, etc) and you should notice a difference in about a month. Jut remember, it will take time!
