I don't know how to make them grow but make sure to have plenty of vitamin D and C! Also try and always keep a protective top coat on to help protect your nails and to help prevent breakage. X.

Put a piece of garlic in your clear nail polish and they'll grow stronger!!it really works for everyone who does this.it will smell at first but the smell will go away when it dries out:)
