Hi. My nails are very thin and crack easy, as soon as they get to a certain length they become sort of flaky and the tips break off. I don't pick or bite off my nails. I also have some white lines in the middle of some nails, and they always grow uneven. Any advice or tips would be appreciated :)

Okay so you have dry nails basically you need to put like a clear coat on your on your nails every few days, and you have white line because you don't have enough zinc in your body (zinc is a vitamin) and bananas are a great source of zinc.
