It could be, I use clean and clear makeup wipes for my face, and for my mascara, I use neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover on a cotton pad and just gently press it on my mascara for a minutes and then it all comes off

Yeah, sounds like an allergic reaction to your eye makeup remover. I like to use almay oil-free (purple label) pads them go over it with neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover. Its the bluish, purplish bottle. I think both are pretty safe for sensitive eyes.

I think you might be allergic to this makeup remover! I've had this reaction as well, just stop using þig, find another one. maybe it helps to remove the makeup more gently, don't rub too hard. I have used makeup remover wipes from e.l.f, cleansing milk 3 in 1 from nivea and a new one from revlon. those are my favorites :) you can also put a wet kinda cold washcloth on your eyes after you are done cleansing. that helps reduce puffiness and you feel relieved in your eyes :)

Could very well be a reaction. I use neutrogena oil free eye makeup remover, its a two part formula you have to shake it up first then use it on a cotton pad. works great :) good luck.

Are you allergic to aloe? I had tried all these different removers and they all caused me a reaction and I noticed all of them had aloe. Now I use Mary Kay's eye makeup remover and its so much better for my eyes :)

I usually use yes to cucumber wipes but I wanted to try one to get off my waterproof mascara so I got that new maybelline one. it seemed fine last night so I just didn't wear any makeup today and hopefully it will be better tomorrow.

I use the biphasic cornflower Yves Rocher. It also eliminates the makeup stronger as MUFE, MAC and Zoeva and does not irritate the eye. The best quality and price.

Use Vaseline with a cotton pad, and it's also good for your eyelashes.

I know this sounds weird but use baby soap the one that comes in a yellow bottle. It works great I use it and it doesn't break out my face and I have a sensitive face.

Buy organic cold pressed virgin coconut oil from your local whole foods. Put some on a cotton pad and rub over your eye make up and it comes right off! I swear by coconut oil!

I think it possibly might be allergy because I had the same problem, except that I would get red marks.:p now, I use MAXI FORMAT BOURJOIS eye makeup remover, and Nutregena oil-free face makeup remover. They're both fabulous!

I don't know now, I didn't wear makeup yesterday so I didn't use a remover and me and my mom think it's more swollen. I took benadryl and put ice on it but nothing seems to work. :(
