Do heavy highlight! My hair is about your color it took a lot of coloring & damage to my hair to get it blonde. A lot of maintenance $$. It looked good for a month till it grew out. Not worth the damage.

If you go blonde go to Sally Beauty Supply and get L'oreal Hicolor for dark hair only. It works really well.

I think youd look great blonde! but if I were you, put highlights in and see how it looks first. and if you like it, the I suggest dying you brows a little lighter. not blonde, but a little lighter.
