I have brown eyes as well and I use white/silvery eye shadow, I do the smokey eye look, and I love using gold eye shadow too.
If you really wanna go out then you could also use a light purple eye shadow as well. While using white eye shadow as kind of like the base. Not really extreme but I like the look.

Don't mind the face paint, I was at church camp. haha
