Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner Help!

So, I've been using maybelline ultra liner for forever, because I like the brush and the really bold black, but it's soooo flaky. yesterday I bought loreal lineur intense carbon black but it was horrible! so watery, I returned it.

Help! I need to find a black liquid eyeliner that is
1. waterproof (or super long lasting, won't smudge because my eyelids are oil slicks)
2. REALLY black, and totally opaque.

Mac liquidlast does not budge unless you remove it with an oil based makeup remover. in comparison,mac fluidline is pretty good (but not as good as liquidlast) with lasting power if you alllow it to dry properly, but it's not as dark black.
