Well I can't help with much here but try a trim then use Rosemary shampoo. Suave sells it with almond oil and it helps growth. I would continue to give my method on hair but no one takes my advice. Try biotin and folic acid to grow hair a little quicker. Mine grows about a half an inch every two weeks due to vitamins and treatment. Long process ahead. Oh also, tie your hair up tightly before bed. It helps pull the hair from the scalp causing growth. I wish you luck and your suppose to get your hair trimmed every 3 or 4 months. Not every month :)

Well this one is a bit strange and I have been questioned but it works which is onion shampoo. Its a process to make it but whatever vitamins are in minced onion is what causes growth. You must add it into a shampoo. It must sit for 15 days, mix it well in the bottle. It will smell like onions but once you rinse it out and add conditioner, your hair takes the smell of the conditioner. also try potato water or rosemary water. Boil potatos and be sure to let the fluid sit to get cool, use it as a hair rinse like you would with vinegar. Same for rosemary. I prefer rosemary cause it adds thickness to your hair :) they say coconut oil with curry leaves helps as well for growth. I have yet to try but they say if you want hair like the woman from India, go with that method. :)

Well,Stephany V a trim makes the ends look better but, your hair grows from your root so it doesn't help it grow at all.

Your hair is dead, and it's growth rate is determined by your DNA. You can make your hair look healthier, but it'll never grow faster. Trimming just neatens up the ends.

It's necessary for me because I use a lot of heat. So regular trims keep it from looking like a broomstick :P.
