Don't waste your money on a KOR flat iron. (I bought it at the mall from the annoying people at the kiosks who try to stop you as you walk by) I knocked it off my vanity onto my soft carpet and it BROKE! I was in shock! I've only had it for 9 months! The flat iron I used before is a GVP (generic value products) and it lasted at least 5 or 6 years. It still technically works (just doesn't heat up as well as it did brand new) and I have to use it until I replace it with a new one. I'll either be buying another GVP or a CHI. Keeping an eye on my local Ulta & Sally's for sales etc. I should have done this in the beginning!! Would have saved me $95 :(

Everyone should wear sunscreen when going in the sun to protect your skin from premature aging. I have a very fair complexion so I always wear sunscreen. If I'm trying to tan I still use SPF just a lower power..like SPF 5 or 10. Some protection is better than none! Plus I don't burn but also get tan :)
