2 quick questions...

How do I stop my mascara from smearing under my eyes and making me look like a raccoon?

And, how do I apply BB cream...fingertips v. Brush?

Well for BB cream it's all a matter of personal preference. If you have oily skin I wouldn't recommend using your fingers though.
Your mascara, try a waterproof mascara.

It all depends on the brand of mascara. If you rub your eyes too much it's bound to smear. With BB cream you want to use a brush because your fingertips have oil that makes your face oily and break out.
