Baking soda and peroxide help to make them white again. mix it into a paste, apply and let it sit for like 5 minutes. be sure to moisturize after because it can be a little drying.

They turn yellow because they can't breathe because of the nail polish... You just need to let them breathe! Just go no polish for two or three days and they should go back to normal =] I've had the same problem. Especially with fake glue on nails.

Mix some baking soda and peroxide with whitening toothpaste and brush it onto your nails with and old toothbrush.

Always use a basecoat before you put on your colored nailpolish! This keeps the pigments away from your natural nail.
