What are some natural treatments for hormonal acne? Anything other than resorting to medication or BC?

I'm having the same problem! I'm 33 and have been having this on and off since I was 30. My doctor put me on birth control pills and that helped for a little while and then I started breaking out consistently for the last 6 months. I'm in the same boat as you. I'd love to know what I can do besides taking medication.

I started taking opti zinc 60 mg a day and omega 3 supplements and cut back on dairy. I'm 31 and just got off BC a year ago. It took a month to see a difference though but my face is clear now. :)
