I have all these weird red bumps on my legs, sometimes there is a lot, sometimes there's almost none. they're mostly on the top of my thighs, but when it gets really bad, it goes down past my knees. it used to keep me from wearing shorts and skirts, but I'm turning 18 soon and I want to change it. does anyone know what they are/how to get rid of them? D:

Well it depends do you shave on the places your getting bumps, you may be shaving to often I got them in the winter and I stopped shaving as often as I did now I don't get them anymore.

I have them too on my legs sometimes from shaving. Is it where you shave?

If you shave when you are cold and have goosebumps or if you are shaving dry then you can get them.
