When my nails get stain I file then buff it out. It works for me but if your nails are really thin don't do it.

Try soaking in a mixture of warm water, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, then scrub with a tooth brush. Hope it helps. :)

I agree with Kenya P...buffing works. I have been in a hurry and done the very same thing you did. The only thing that worked for me was buffing. Once you buff, though, be sure to put some Vitamin E, or rub a nice hand lotion into your nails. Good luck!!

Thanks ladies. I think I'm just going to paint over them for now, as my nails are weak and buffing would be disastrous.

What I do is put a coast of clear Polish and wipe it off while its still wet. It comes right off!

I heard whitening toothpaste works well. rub on, scrub and leave for 5 mins. then wash off.

Water and lemon and put your nails into for a while
