I use Sauve dry shampoo instead of volume sprays. I also blow dry my hair in the opposite direction of growth. I find that mouse or any other styling product ways down my hair. but yes, apply the dry shampoo to the back of a section if hair and back comb.

I layer and thin out my hair. It takes off the weight in my hair to make it fluffier and do what I want it to. Matrix makes a really good volumizing mist. I find those types of products better than mousses because it weighs down my hair instead of lifting it.

Blow dry it upside down and then put heated rollers in at least on the crown area. Backcomb it and spray it. And don't have too many layers or the ends will look thin

Aveda Pure Abundance hair potion does a pretty good job. I never had an issue with thin hair but when I worked for aveda this stuff flew off of our shelves, so obviously its doing something right! I do use it however when I want more volume when I'm going out.

Main and tail is great it does make your hair seem a bit oily at first but it's so worth it.

Matrix volume products are great as well as the dust for roots especially if you hair needs to be washed no more oil :) colour can help too adding foils will give your hair extra demension and the illusion of fuller hair :)
