Looking for a bb cream...what's is it exactly and which one is the best??

Tarte has a good one. its a low covering foundation that I think is best if you have good skin and not want to use a high covering foundation.

Does it streak or anything?? I'm just looking for something easy to apply cause I don't have a bunch of brushes.

No its great and you can even use your hands to apply it. it goes on really evenly.
