I love red lipstick...but idk what color to you use for my skin tone. its always...off.

also..I am kind of a man when it comes to doing eye makeup. I wanna do a heavy black eyeliner/shadow thing. any ways you can help me?

Because you're not very pale try to use a blue based red when it comes I shadow if you're not very good at it I would suggest starting with the neutral color that way to mess up it won't ruin everything.
