Lisa Eldridge...Mascara Question.

I've always heard that double dipping is a HUGE no-no in makeup, and when I do makeup on others, I always use a disposable mascara wand. But I also watch Lisa Eldridge on YouTube and she always uses the brush from the mascara tube. It's usually a high-end mascara, like Dior or Lancome, so I doubt she gives every model a brand new tube to keep. How does this make sense?
Also, if anyone has a specific mascara wand they would recommend, that would be helpful I use ones from Ebay now and I like them, but when I use them up, I would be open to new suggestions.

It is and I also do the same with a seperate disposable wand for each eye. I guess she is 100% there is no infections maybe?
