Dat is a very difficult thg do to and does tke practice.I try to apply the liner rt on the line thn do mascara.

Use waterproof cuz maybe its smearing.

Same thing happens to me because my lashes are long. No matter what I try it still happens. Liner or mascara always ends up on my lids.
